Management of Complaints and Appeals

The Regulation for the Management of Student Complaints and Appeals (RMSA) is drafted within the framework of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) and the improvement of the University of Ioannina’s work.

The purpose of the RMSA is to ensure, through a mechanism for managing student complaints and appeals, the improvement of the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the academic departments to all students participating in Study Programs.
